Centrifuge and its application explained by Sir Isaac Newton in his second law of motion. He outlined that a moving body when it is free, travels in a straight line. The opposite in his theory is the restraining force when it changes its position. This force generally exerts pressure against the restraining force so that it can travel in a straight line. The theory about it is that the force extends by extending the angular velocity of rotation and the mass of the object.
